Co-Op Overview

As a FAMILY CO-OP, we do things together. Parents stay on campus, and we work together to provide quality instruction and discipleship to our children of all ages. We teach classes, assist each other in all areas of the co-op, and encourage one another in our faith and in our family life. We speak into the hearts of each other's children, and we strive together for peaceful and emotionally healthy homeschools. In short, we are PARENT-POWERED. Parents from the co-op serve as instructors, and those not teaching are assigned to classrooms as assistants.

Our co-op is a full-day program that meets on Mondays. Most classes provide instruction that will take students into further discovery during the week with at-home assignments.

Each week, co-op begins with a short time of corporate worship before students head to Morning Block.  Morning Block has required homework for all grades. Visit our Class Catalog to learn more about Morning Block. After a lunch and a recess time that allows families to connect and children to play, our Afternoon Classes begin! We offer a variety of options for afternoon coursework—some academic and some enrichment. You can find more information about this school year's offerings in the course catalog. Once your family membership is confirmed, you can enroll your children in their classes on this website. Course enrollment is first come-first served, and full-day attendance is required for all students. Middle School and High School classes follow the same schedule as the Elementary program, with a separate set of offerings. Click here to view the entire co-op schedule of course offerings.

We believe that parents are the ultimate teachers and decision-makers for their children! With that said, participating in a class that only happens one day per week becomes significantly more meaningful when students engage with that information at home. The time to engage meaningfully with each subject at home will differ from child to child and week to week due to different learning styles, work paces, and the assignments of the week. The need for mid-week engagement increases as students progress to more advanced levels. If you have questions about how our classes may fit into your established homeschooling schedule, please reach out. Our director delights in talking to families about this very thing! Because we attend co-op as a family, we have classrooms for younger siblings! Exact offerings will be determined based on the younger siblings that are enrolled, dividing kids by ages in the most appropriate way. In the past, we have offered classroom space for babies & toddlers, preschool, and kindergarten. At these ages, we provide lightly structured activities during each class period of the day while also giving plenty of time for free play and physical activity. The best way for young children to learn is to play! 

We will be offering a dedicated room for Kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year.

We do no enroll families until their oldest child is in Kindergarten or above.
