End of Year Raffle

Thank you for purchasing tickets to our first annual end-of-year raffle! Proceeds from raffle ticket sales will be donated directly to Grace Point Baptist Church as an offering to thank their congregation for the generosity in allowing our co-op to utilize their building.

Please fill out the information below so that we can enter you into the drawing of your choice, and contact you when you win.

The raffle drawing will take place at 4:30 p.m. on May 5 at Grace Point Church during our Co-Op Bazaar. You need not present to win, but the co-op family that you indicate on this form will be responsible to receive your prize and deliver it to you. KC Connected Homeschool Co-Op will email you to notify that you won, and let you know any details about the family that collected your prize to deliver it to you.
